Full Journal pdf2009-04-10 House Journal Page 0863 HB 90 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 8, 2009, calendar (page 802), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 90(FIN) "An Act relating to bonding limitations and confidentiality of records and information of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; relating to municipal taxation of interests in certain property of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; providing for an effective date by amending the effective date of sec. 3, ch. 117, SLA 2000, as amended by sec. 2, ch. 74, SLA 2003, and by sec. 3, ch. 67, SLA 2008; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall CSHB 90(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 90(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
